Our version of Group Training with customized programs for each participant.  We combine weight training and cardio intervals to give you a safe, complete and fun workout. Classes are effective for weight loss, muscle tone, and to improve your general health. 

Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Morning and evening Classes available.

Fit Women


Training for the motivated and highly dedicated. Semi-private sessions are for for those who simply need a plan.

These sessions are facilitated within the Infinite Fitness Studio among a collaborative workout group. 


Participants will receive a individually customized program and full instruction.

One on One

Whether done in the Infinite Fitness Studio or the privacy of your own home.

We offer private one on one sessions to provide you the attention and accountability to attain your fitness goal.
