QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Good questions deserve
clear answers.
Here are the questions people often bring to a first conversation.
How much does personal training cost?
Your discovery call is free. Assessment and program setup is $200, one time. It is highly recommended but not required. Ongoing training options and any current introductory offers are discussed on your call, so you understand the full commitment before you begin.
What is semi-private training?
You follow a personalized plan in a small-group setting, with a coach guiding your form, progression, and effort.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. It is a conversation about your goals, experience, schedule, and whether Infinite Fitness is a good fit.
What happens in the assessment?
We review your goals, lifestyle, training experience, and how you move to help shape your program.
I am out of shape. Is this for me?
You do not need to be fit to begin. Your starting point helps determine the pace and approach of your plan.
Can I train with an injury?
Tell Coach Cal about your limitations before training. Medical clearance may be needed, and your plan should follow the guidance of your healthcare professional.
Do you work with young athletes?
Yes. Ask about sports performance and Hoop Dreams youth basketball development when you request your call.
Where is Infinite Fitness located?
Visit us at 2205 S Main St, Stafford, TX 77477. Call (832) 722-8426 to arrange your first visit.
How often should I train?
Your schedule depends on your goals, recovery, and availability. We agree on a realistic routine together.
Do I need previous gym experience?
No. Coaching includes learning the movements, building confidence, and progressing from your current ability.
Will my program change over time?
Your coach adjusts the plan as your ability, goals, and schedule evolve.
How do I get started?
Request a discovery call below. Coach Cal will contact you personally to talk through your next step.
Is nutrition guidance included?
Practical nutrition education is part of the coaching approach. During your discovery call, discuss the guidance included in your selected program and any questions about food habits or supplements.
How long are sessions, and what are your hours?
Session length and available times depend on your training option. Request a callback from Coach Cal to confirm the current schedule, group size, and availability before your first visit.
What should I bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable clothing and training shoes, and bring water. Share your goals, training experience, and relevant limitations with Coach Cal so your starting plan fits your needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
Ask Coach Cal for the cancellation and rescheduling terms that apply to your training option before you enroll. Review those terms along with your schedule and pricing.
