Start with the support you need
Choosing a trainer begins with your goals and the kind of guidance that helps you follow through. You may want to get stronger, improve movement, work toward weight-management goals, or return to a consistent routine. Write down what you want to change and what has made consistency difficult. A useful first conversation should connect your goals to a realistic starting plan.
Ask how your program will be personalized
Ask how the coach considers your training history, current abilities, schedule, and relevant limitations. Find out how exercise technique is taught and how the program changes as you progress. At Infinite Fitness, Coach Cal builds training around the individual and uses instruction, exercise modifications, and progression during the coaching process.
Compare private and semi-private training
Private training provides one-on-one attention. Semi-private training combines individualized programming with the motivation of training alongside others. Consider the environment in which you feel comfortable asking questions and learning. Neither format requires you to arrive already fit.
Check the practical fit
Discuss session lengths, availability, investment, and the terms that apply before enrolling. Visit the studio or discuss the setting during your callback. Infinite Fitness is located at 2205 South Main in Stafford, TX 77477. Coach Cal brings 25+ years of training experience to a private studio environment.
Begin with a conversation
A callback gives you an opportunity to describe your goals and ask questions. The Initial Assessment & Program Setup is a separate $200 one-time service, highly recommended but not required. It can provide a more detailed starting plan.
