Service Description
This session is meticulously designed to cover 2 hours of carefully planned exercises and drills aimed at developing both the athlete and the player. Our approach is unique as we not only focus on skill development but also ensure that each athlete has the opportunity to immediately apply what they have learned through 1 hour of live scrimmages. This method has proven to be highly effective in reinforcing learning and improving overall game performance.

Rules and Procedures for Personal Training The client must understand that there will be a certain amount of risk involved in many of the Infinite Fitness exercises and activities. The undersigned expressly waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue from any liability of death, disability, personal injury, or action of any kind Infinite Fitness, The facility in which I/the undersigned participates for the undersigned participating in said sporting events and/or training for said sporting events. Neither the owner of any given facility or property, or Calvin Lawson are liable, for any injuries that may occur during any session at any time at any given location. Calvin Lawson is only certified as a CFT. Calvin Lawson is not a Doctor, or a Nutritionist. (certified fitness trainer and nutritional consultant). The client performs the activities on a voluntary basis. If you are injured, or feel any pain or discomfort before, during, or after your session it is your responsibility to effectively communicate this concern to your CFT. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, weak, light headed, any discomfort whatsoever. The client should stop and seek medical attention immediately. Information is given and used on a voluntary basis. Clients should consult Physicians or research all information received from CFT. There are NO MAKE UP SESSIONS! NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS! In the event of a serious injury, all unused sessions will be completed at the trainer’s convenience. NO NEGATIVITY, NO CURSING! Excessive tardiness, absences, and BAD ATTITUDES will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service…….Even after you pay! All student - athletes must maintain a passing grade in all classes at all times to participate in any Infinite Fitness program or activity. (See your trainer for details)
